Campaigning Trip to the Coast
Saturday May 19th sees one of our campainging trips to the coast. The minibus leaves Gosberton at 10.30am, calling at Boston Railway Station at 11.15 (connects with the 10.44 train from Sleaford). There are a few places spare at present - free to CAMRA members. Let Ena Woodburn know if you wish to go.(30/04/2012)

Sussex Beer Festival
Fenland members went down to Sussex to meet up with our
former Treasurer, Wendy, to sample the delights of the
Sussex Beer Festival at Hove, and also try some local

Norfolk by Bus

New Batemans Beer at Wetherspoons
The Ivy Wall, Spalding, the Packhorse, Sleaford and possibly other local Wetherspoon outlets currently have an ale specially brewed for Wetherspoons by Batemans called Veto Ale, a well flavoured traditional "bitter" in the Batemans style(22/02/2012)

Fenland folk have been out and about again, crossing

Rare ale seen
It's that time of year again and there's been a sighting of a rare species at the Thatched Cottage, Sutterton.....eight casks of Adnam's Oyster Stout have arrived!(10/02/2012)
Sleaford Brewery Open Day 12th February
Sleaford Brewery have been brewing for a
year. To mark the anniversary, they are holding an
open day on Sunday 12th February from 10am to 8pm, with
a bar and some special beers on tap. They will be
brewing a single batch of 7.5% Imperial IPA on the day,
and we are told there will be cake!
